Dogs of Ella is looking for a motivated and creative CSR & Publicity Coordinator to support the organization’s communication, visibility, and partnership activities. The role combines social media support, community outreach, fundraising coordination, and creative storytelling to help raise awareness for animal welfare and strengthen Dogs of Ella’s mission. Dogs of Ella is an animal welfare organization dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation, responsible care, and sustainable animal welfare initiatives in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and proactive CSR & Publicity Coordinator to support our growing communication and outreach efforts.
This role focuses on strengthening the organization’s visibility, public communication, partnerships, and community engagement. The position combines creative communication, coordination tasks, and relationship-building with individuals, businesses, supporters, and the wider community.
Main Responsibilities
- Support communication and awareness activities representing Dogs of Ella professionally and positively
- Assist in maintaining and developing social media presence
- Create and coordinate content such as updates, rescue stories, campaigns, summaries, and photos
- Identify and develop local or online collaborations and partnerships
- Support fundraising and sponsorship initiatives
- Maintain basic records of outreach and communication activities
- Assist with additional administrative and coordination tasks when needed
