Associate QA Engineer

What he/she would do:

• Work together with our team and stakeholders to understand the business needs and our users.
• Creating, updating, and executing test scenarios with special emphasis on the end user perspective
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues in debugging and investigating reported issues
• Issue life cycle management including creating, updating, and closing reported issues.
• Contribute to estimating and planning of new features and changes.
• Be proactive, open, and spread your knowledge and insights to others

What he/she would bring in:

• Passion for quality, structure, and efficient processes.
• 1-2 years hands on experience from working in a software development team with functional, exploratory, integration and regression tests.
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset to detect potential gaps and risks in software requirements.
• Ability to take initiatives and collaborate with people in different roles.
• Degree in Software Engineering/IT or any other relevant field
• Exposure into Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of agile principles
• Experience in API level testing using Postman is desirable
• Though not essential, experience in test automation would be a definite plus
