* குழந்தைகள் விளையாடும் போது அவர்களின் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்தல்
* விளையாட்டு பகுதியின் சுத்தம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கை பராமரித்தல்
* பெற்றோருடன் மரியாதையாகவும் கண்ணியமாகவும் தொடர்பாடுதல்
* தினசரி செயல்பாடுகளில் ஆதரவு வழங்குதல்
* பிறந்தநாள் விழா மற்றும் சிறப்பு நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் உதவுதல்
* கற்றல் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு செயல்பாடுகளை நடத்துதல் மற்றும் உதவுதல்
* கதை சொல்லல், குழு விளையாட்டுகள், படைப்பாற்றல் செயல்பாடுகளில் குழந்தைகளை ஈடுபடுத்துதல்

✅ தகுதிகள்: 
* குறைந்தபட்ச கல்வித் தகுதி: G.C.E O/L 
* குழந்தைகளுடன் நேரம் செலவிட விருப்பம் இருக்க வேண்டும்
* நட்பு மனப்பான்மை, உற்சாகம் மற்றும் பொறுமை
* பொறுப்புணர்வு மற்றும் நேர்த்தி
* குழந்தைகளுக்கான கற்றல் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு அமர்வுகளை நடத்தும் திறன்
* நல்ல தொடர்பாடல் திறன் (தமிழ் அவசியம்; ஆங்கிலம்/சிங்களம் இருந்தால் விரும்பத்தக்கது) 

வேலை நேரம்:
* கிழமை நாட்களில் 2பி.ப - இரவு 9 மணி வரை
* வார இறுதி மற்றும் விடுமுறை நாட்களில் 9மு.ப - 6 மணி வரை

📌 Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safety of children during play time
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area
* Communicate politely and respectfully with parents
* Provide support in daily activities
Assist in birthday parties and special events
* Conduct and assist in learning and play activities
* Engage children in storytelling, group games, and creative activities

✅ Requirements:
* Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. O/L
* Must be willing to spend time with children
* Friendly attitude, energetic, and patient
* Responsible and punctual
Ability to conduct children’s learning and play sessions
* Good communication skills (Tamil required; English/Sinhala preferred)

🕒 Working Hours:
* Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* Weekends & Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
