Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Translation & Legalisation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing translation projects, liaising with clients, coordinating with linguists and notaries, and ensuring timely delivery of certified documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate translation requests and manage project timelines

• Work with translators, proofreaders, and legal experts to ensure quality

• Prepare and submit documents for notarisation and apostille

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates

• Ensure compliance with UK and international legalisation standards

• Maintain client records and documentation securely

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Law, International Relations, or related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with translation tools and legalisation processes (preferred)

• Previous experience in a legal or language service setting is a plus

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
