- Prices for employer services (e.g., job postings, subscription packages) are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional discounts may be limited by time or availability and may have additional terms.
Orders, Payments & Account Management (Employers)
- By purchasing job posting services or subscriptions, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Placements.lk reserves the right to refuse or cancel service requests if fraudulent activity is suspected, if there is a violation of our Terms, or if technical errors occur.
- You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and authorize Placements.lk to charge the agreed amounts for services rendered.
- Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. Placements.lk does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Service Usage - Candidates
- Candidate registration, profile creation, and job applications on Placements.lk are free of charge.
- Candidates must ensure that all submitted information, including resumes and profiles, is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination of account access.
- Any paid premium services for candidates will be governed by specific service terms and refund policies outlined separately.
Job Postings & Content Guidelines
- Employers are responsible for the content of job advertisements they publish on Placements.lk and must ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and ethical standards.
- Placements.lk reserves the right to review, modify, or remove job postings that violate our content guidelines, are misleading, or are deemed inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
- All content on Placements.lk, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Placements.lk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from Placements.lk without prior written consent from us.
Limitation of Liability
