Dogs of Ella is a registered nonprofit NGO committed to the rescue, care, and adoption of street dogs in Sri Lanka. Alongside our shelter work, we focus on building sustainable networks and partnerships. We are looking for a CSR & Publicity Coordinator to manage our communications, social media, and partnerships. This hybrid role allows for flexible remote work while maintaining regular presence at our shelter near Ella to stay closely connected with the team and community.

We are seeking a CSR & Publicity Coordinator who will help us strengthen our public image and corporate collaborations. This is a hybrid role: while based in Ella, parts of the work (especially writing, reporting, and online communication) can be done remotely. Regular presence at the shelter is important to stay in touch with staff, volunteers, and daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing our social media channels and creating engaging content.

• Developing and maintaining CSR partnerships with companies and organizations.

• Organizing publicity activities to increase awareness and support.

• Coordinating updates between the local shelter team and the international board.

• Preparing regular reports on outreach, campaigns, and partnerships.
