We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Relations Officer to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, convert leads into potential business opportunities, and provide customer support when required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in an effective and efficient manner.
3. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and liaise with the technical team for resolution.
4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Lead Handling & Conversion
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing team.

Key Requirements:

1. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
2. Proficient in software tools.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented attitude.
4. Fluency in Tamil/English and Sinhala is preferred.
