We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Relations Officer to handle filtered leads over the phone, convert them into sales opportunities, conduct follow-ups, and provide product demonstrations when needed. This role is target-based and includes a commission-based salary structure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle filtered leads and convert them into successful sales.
2. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.
3. Provide product demonstrations to customers.
4. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required.

Key Requirements:

1. Basic computer literacy.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Language proficiency in Tamil/English or Sinhala/English (Tamil or Sinhala will be an added advantage).
4. Prior experience in customer service or a related field will be an advantage.
