Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in an effective and efficient manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and liaise with the technical team for resolution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead Handling & Conversion
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in Tamil/English and Sinhala is preferred.
