Conduct field visits to client locations for support and service-related tasks.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and liaise with the technical team for resolution.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
Key Requirements:
Gender: Male.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in software tools.
Field Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required.
Other Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil/English and Sinhala is preferred.
