Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in software tools.
Other Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil/English and Sinhala is preferred.
