Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Create and manage digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and PPC advertising.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing (Google Ads, META, LinkedIn), conversion tracking, landing page development, SEO, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop tailored marketing approaches.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication and engagement.
- Generate compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Support the overall marketing and business development strategy as needed.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
