Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming leads and promptly respond to all calls at any time.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and move them closer to conversion.
- Provide timely and accurate information to leads regarding our products/services, pricing, and offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Continuously update and maintain records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate any urgent or high-priority leads to the appropriate team members.
- Analyze call data and metrics to identify trends, improve response times, and optimize lead management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better address lead inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
