Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and target potential customers and generate high-quality sales leads.
2. Prospecting: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies or industries.
3. Networking: Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn by connecting with relevant industry professionals, decision-makers, and potential leads.
4. Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and messages, to attract, engage, and nurture potential leads.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, sharing valuable insights, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
6. Sales Pitching: Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs and pain points of prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
8. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media activities, such as reach, engagement, and lead conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and social selling, including a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s features, tools, and algorithms.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
4. Solid understanding of sales principles, customer behavior, and the sales process.
