Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Customer Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries and booking telemedicine consultations for our patients. You will be the first point of contact for patients seeking healthcare services, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Key Responsibilities: ● Patient Inquiries: ○ Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ○ Provide clear and concise information regarding our services, appointment scheduling, and payment processes. ○ Address patient concerns and questions promptly and professionally. ● Appointment Scheduling: ○ Coordinate and schedule telemedicine consultations with healthcare providers. ○ Manage appointment calendars and ensure timely reminders are sent to patients. ○ Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, while maintaining efficient scheduling practices. ● Patient Support: ○ Assist patients with technical issues related to accessing telemedicine consultations. ○ Provide guidance on navigating the platform. ○ Offer support and reassurance to patients, especially during stressful or uncertain times. ● Data Entry and Record Keeping: ○ Accurately input patient information into our electronic health record system. ○ Maintain detailed and organized patient records. ● Compliance and Confidentiality: ○ Adhere to strict HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations. ○ Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. ● Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the team, healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication. ○ Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot any system issues and improve the patient experience. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in medicine, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related Allied Health field. ● Healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Required Skills: ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Tamil). ● Excellent organizational and time management abilities. ● Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and patient management systems. ● A keen eye for detail and accuracy. ● Empathy and compassion for patients. ● A positive and solution-oriented attitude. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills (Optional): ● Knowledge of medical terminology. ● Experience with telemedicine technologies.
